burnin rave sig: 8/10 the text doesn't really fit the picture. also, could you point out a site that shows how to do borders like that? (www.good-tutorials.com doesn't have much in the way of borders)

waht you do is cut out your own borders on different layers, add different gradient overlays to them then position them together, then merge.
