Iron maiden is shit with this new patch. Here's the best build so far that I have experimented with:
Points in this order:
5 into skele
1 into amplify damage
Max Skeleton
1 point into lower resist and all other curses leading up to it
Max Skeleton Mage
5 in Summon Resist
1 in Bone Prison with 1 in the prereq's
Max Summon Mastery
5 in revive
Max Skeleton Mage
Rest into revive
So in the end you should have:
20 Skeleton
20 Skeletal Mage
20 Summon Mastery
20 Summon Resist
1 in Lower Resist
1 in Bone Prison
1 in all prerequisites
Your main 1 point wonder spells are the curses, Bone prison, Iron Golem and Corpse Explosion. Remember that Corpse Explosion does half fire and half physical damage, so it does not really matter if you use Amplify Damage or Lower Resist when corpse exploding.

Doom/CtA (doom if you want aura and don't have merc, otherwise CtA)

One of the questions which arose often was: Why don't I use the marrow bug? Simple. It's useless! Being able to actually USE bone prison is much better than just putting on 100 damage to teeth and bone spear, or add 50 absorb to bone armor. Bone prison is a very useful skill when used properly, especially with a summoner Necromancer.
