A steak what? Good. Yes, he did that right.

Steak whats? No. No, he didn't do that right. I remember writing, in the third grade, on those big-lined sheets of paper. I remember learning the plurals of such words as knife and wife. I remember learning they end in "ves." Yes, knives is the plural of knife. Not knifes. Just say it to yourself. Think.. if you are stabbing someone with a knife in each hand, what are you holding? You are holding ------. Say the word. Yeeeeaaaah. Smile There you go. You just relearned the plural of words ending in "f." Oh, that's right, grasshopper. It doesn't have to be "-ife." For example; elf. Plural of elf? Elves. Coincidence? I think not.

Let this thread be, aside from a thread asking your opinions on the intellectual degredation of our society as a whole, a place where you can freely and without persecution teach unto those who need to be taught the rules of our language. The english language. Like I did. It feels good... to know you're helping. Smile
