How can i make a good lightning and cold sorc i was thinking

20 lighing
20 chain lightning
20 to 1 synergy or mastery
and 10 to blizz or orb and
10 to masetery
1shiver
1 static
1 ts
1 es
1 tele

Is it good gimme ur comments
