I saw this and of course felt compelled to anty up, I've tested both sides of the house and East can't compare in character/humor what ever you want to think. There boring. EUROPE WHO??? Neways, I, much like most of you had very little at the start, but over a couple/3 years of playing I'm now fairly rich I guess you could say. Creating most Runewords daily when ever I want. Mostly in part from good trades, tons and tons and tons-oh did i say tons of Hell rushes. Then of course I have my small group (not clan) of confidants whom I can trust to xfer/trade pretty much nething. I found mostly in the West, not to say we don't have the scammers/spammers/slackers and straight up cheaters most of all West players are legit and will help where they can. I myself have given I would say at least 50 sojs away a dozen or so Enigmas and what ever else the game offers. Why??? I would have to say it all comes back around in the long run. Most of which now find me business, rushes, trades, Uber games, pretty much what ever gives me the edge. I keep them close and make sure and reward/pay them what they deserve and more. The bottom line is make sure what ever you get for free or for a very low/low price you consider this when your in my position. Give it back to the Noobs'.
On to other business: I've noticed a huge influx in runes' being worth everything. It's sad to think that it came to this, but if I want to continue to play then I go with the change. The sad part is, about 75% of all runes and sojs now are duped possibly even more no this is new news its the point. I don't have any definite studys as I work also and this would not be possible to do, but it's my assessment. What is your opinion??? Can I blame them, well let me just say this. Without faulting anybody and adding my time on battle.net I have to say it's almost impossible to get an Enigma or any other good Runeword for that matter legitametly in a short amount of time. Time being a couple of weeks. Why or how? I spent a week a while back at 10 hours a day litterally doing nothing but Hell Rushes and Baal runs. In all the rushes and all the runs I found one Ber (short the Jah). Okay, so I may not have been as lucky as others, my luck sucks for that matter, but it took forever to find. Of course I took a lot of the great finds i.e. +1gcs'+sojs+and other high dollar items and traded them off, but the point is, what did I more than likely get in return (duped rune). I know they can't take away from duping and for that matter it will never go away until that one day when battle.net dies, but if they did as they do in the ladder and allowed "independents" or other gamers like me to "UP" runes then we wouldnt have so many problems, the price of items would still revolve around runes yet at least we would be able to create our own. Sure it would still take time, but more runes would be real and not duped. I've read lot's of threads at how pissed other gamers are for going into duels and getting smashed because they have straight dropped items and the other guy is wearing all runewords, well, deal with it.
In closing to all of you Westerners, live long, play hard, and remember if you ever get in a game and need some extra assistance look up jim.ford/1/2/3/dklotus and you'll probably see me there. I keep busy, but always got time to hook somebody up. Clans' sound interesting, don't know to much about them like I said I'm pretty much independent. Peace, The ||D || ||D |\/|
