Double Installation of D2

I'm trying to figure out how I can have two installations of D2X on my computer. I have two separate CD Keys, and I'm trying to find a way to be able to use two instances of D2 at the same time. I have two CD drives, and like I said, I have two CD Keys. I want to be able to make a game with one CD key and a separate Bnet account, and stay in it with that account. Then I'd like to use the other instance of D2 to enter Bnet with my other account, and enter that game, so I can xfer items between all of my characters and mules without having to trust someone else. Please help me figure this out. BTW, I only have one hard drive, sorry to say.
