Level doesn't have any drastic effects. Best bet is to be lv80+ just to be safe though.
Uhm.. the more MF the better, as long as it doesn't have any serious effect on your killing speed/power. 1000% is great, assuming you can still kill A1 Fallens.. if not, well then obviously you're going to need to make some changes. Most good sorcs can safely reach 600 and still kill reasonably well, reasonably fast. Just.. try to keep it balanced. Typically, the more MF, the slower and less powerful you are.. but the less MF, the faster and more powerful you are. Both are important.
(1 run in 1 minute with 600MF, may not be as good as 3 runs in 1 minute with 300MF, because there are more drops and more chances to get items)
