.. There is no "best" amount of MF. 300 is where noticeable changes occur, and up at around 500-600 is when you'll .. fall in love.
Anything more is simply ridiculous though, unless you can somehow pull off 700MF and still kill Hell Mephisto in under 10-20 seconds.
