im haveing trouble making them....were do u get paintshop pro free???if you do do you have the links

i just cant figure these things out......

1. how you put a pic on the background
2. how to get those badass backgrounds
3. how do u make the text like that
4. how you make the effect somewhat like 3 ^^
5. also how do you put the pic on the sig w/o keeping the pics original bacground white
(((like havein just the outcut of the pic and just paste is to the background))
