I have never seen a sorceress manage to teleport away from dragon flight, since its like FoH(auto-aim), but if you have low ATR you may miss.
I personal used 20 points in Dragon flight (had no chaos claw) and i kind owned all sorc, unless i flew into one fireball with 22k dmg.
If you use fade, the talon skill kicks so slow that is no danger, unless you use eqipment that gives plenty of speed+.
The best possible kicking time is exactly 0.4 second for the max effect.

If you use WW, with your assa then fade is the best thing to use.
