It is on open but you gotta find sum1 with the black Items, I think they might be all over since its so ez to just copy ur char and drop ur stuff then delete that char and use ur copied one, duping pretty much. I got white items that are pretty nice but I lose in duels vs these black item people, In my opinion the white items look cooler but the black items own.
I think they are on useast, and west i dont know about asia or europe but they can just as easily be on there since this is open bnet and u can log into any realm with ur open char.
