Shield:
Exile with 40-45 resist all or +to paladin combat skills.
(my master had an etheral exiler with 3+ combat skills once. that was worth alot.)
Armour:
CoH Archon Plate

Draculas
Belt:
Verdungo
Boots:
Gore Rider
Amulet:
Metalgrid, but you probably wont get this, so use a Mara
Rings:
Raven Frost
Bul-Kathos
On Switch:
CtA and lidless
Inventory:
1 Anni
10 Combatskillers with FHR untill breakpoint and Life on the rest
9x 5% resist all and 20 life
Conclution:
Good resist
Good dmg
Good dmg reduce%
Many +all skills
You dont need to put more in smite, cause the skillers and items will boost this up, and the holy shield will also boost the dmg up.
Sky high defence.
If you are interested in getting a little lower dmg, then you shoud get a doom berserker axe for average dmg and holy freeze aura.
