Skills

20 orb
20 ice bolt
20 mastery
20 thunder storm
rest in light mastery

stats

str - enuff for gear
dex - same
vit - rest
energy - none

gear:

helm - Perfect nightwing with 5/5 die cold facet
ammy - armageddon fletch or mara's
rings - sojs (have a raven if u duel incase of other cold chars)
armor - archon or dusk coh
weapon - 1st fathoms or hoto
shield - sanc
switch - cta/lidless
belt - arachnids
gloves - trangs
boots - eth treks or imp shenks (sspurs gspurs etc)

Also if u can add facets to some items such as fathom and use cold charms
