Gloves-20 ias +2 skills (You won't get much for gloves) Boots have to have 25-30 faster run/walk, Res, and + str. As far as gloves and boots go, you won't really find any of worth, because all of the good ones are duped (Soul Spurs, Grim Spurs, Soul Shanks)
Edit-For Price check, all i can say right now is soul spurs are 2.5, and grim spurs are more maybe 3.5-4 (Grim Spurs have fhr)
