Reformatting :C

Um, im trying to reformat my old computer so theres nothing left, i have a windows xp cd. I cant get the reboot floppy, cause my floppy drive is ****ed, and theres like still half a floppy disk still inside jammed. Is there anyways to bypass this or am i going to have to salvage a floppy off an old computer?
