Too bad I'm not on non ladder... I say it would go for about 20 HR's, I would use it even if it didn't have the skills.
btw I think it's bugged because of the enhanced damage, but I'm not sure...

+ Damage Available on Jagged +10-20% Damage Circlets(1), Weapons(1) Deadly +21-30% Damage Circlets(5), Weapons(5)
EDIT: Just checked everything, dude, ur circ is perfect for a druid except for the enhanced defence, you can't get ed except on rare armors I believe, I'm not really sure I'll check later.
