ghost: make sure u dont fill up ur inventory when u equip items in a certain order, a little higher vit isnt worth a chance at getting popped imo. as for the barb guide this seems fine... ebotd zerk and beast zerk are stronger then ebotd zerk and ss, as for armor use enigma vs casters and fort if ur ladder vs meleers, i think u might die against a charger if u use two weapons, i guess u can just ww out toward them and hope for the best.
and yes dont put any extra into dex(if u use a shield) just cham ur arreats and use angelic rings and ammy u get nice ar. if u use beast zerk+ebotd zerk u should have enough ar anyway so no dex either.
