Are you asking if mercs can do CB and DS and OW? Cuz they definitely can. The only reason my merc can handle meph is because he uses a gface and was CB'ing all the time to meph. I'm not sure if they can leech on duels...I've never dueled with a merc. Figured it was pointless, may as well not duel. Use the 40/15 gface and eth gbane. I use an eth shael'd crown of thieves, for the 12% leech, and i use a 3k eth stone.
