Conviction lowers all resist i am 99% sure about. But salvation only gives resist to elements. When a monster is immune, it wont take damage no matter how much you got -% enemy resist. And if it did, why could not my blizzard sorc with over -2xx% enemy cold resist take out cold immunes? Because its impossible. However lower resist and conviction aura will remove all immunitys that a monster shoud hapen to have. It wil not work on unique, super unique or bosses.
