Ok, everyone, if you aren't going to post something useful, shut the hell up. Dynafrom, he asked for help, not your opinion.

Brandon, you can use Hero Editor to make items, you can find it at http://www.d2sector.net/downloads/pafile...gory&id=12

There are quite a few tutorials out there for the program as well. Best of luck.
