Max the poison stuff is the most important thing for sure to max. Firegolem is just so you got an aura to finnish off your victims with. I strongly advice to set at least 1 point in lower resist in an early stage and let skill+ items get it high.

About the glitz. It provides level 33 syn-energy to all who gets syn-energy from bone prision. Bone Armor does this.
Arreat Summit Wrote:Bone Armor Receives Bonuses From:
Bone Wall: +15 Damage Absorbed Per Level
Bone Prison: +15 Damage Absorbed Per Level
So its basicly 15x33= the extra absorb you get for using 1 point in bone armor. Therefor all necromancers shoud use the glitz.
