u wanna hire an nm act2 combat merc(might) so it would help out ur skeletons on damage, everything else is nice.
here are the skills (wiffing it, havent made a nec in 4 months)
skeleton mastery-20
skeleton-20
mage-10(15 if u want, u dont really need these, they suck)
summon resist-20
golem mastery-10
clay golem-15
other golems-1(for synergies)
Ampdamage-10

thats pretty much it, hope it helps.
