(P.S. they can't just update warden for that cause to do so they'd have tyo scan your full memory instead of just for attatched Dll's and that would prolly break privacy laws or something)

That is the meat of it. If ever the day comes that a company can scan your memory for running programms leagally I'm betting is MS, but for now we are safe. The other important point is that if MM Bot messes up and logs on and off rapidly or does something else repatative they you can get a temporary ban.
