That's a wonderful guide.... If you want to die 9 times out of 10 to a real LLD'er.
Here's a guide to a level 21 Zealot.
Keep in mind you can get 20 to max damage on a level 18 required jewel.
Weapon: 6 socket Military Pick with 6 "+15 to max damage" or higher jewels. (Military Picks are common, so only use a superior one with 15% Enhanced Damage)
OR
Cleglaw's sword with a "+15 to max damage" or higher jewel. (It has 50% Deadly Strike, meaning your hits will do double damage 50% of the time.)
Helmet: 3 socket (Mask if using Military Pick, Crown if using Cleglaw's) with 3 "+15 to max damage" or higher jewels.
Shield: Any Paladin only shield, as long as it has at least 60% Enhanced Damage before you put any jewels in. Socketed with, you guessed it, 4 "+15 to max damage" or higher jewels.
Armor: Twitchthroe Unique Studded Leather (10 to dex, 10 to strength, 25% increased block chance, 20% increased attack speed, 20% faster hit recovery) socketed with a "+15 to max damage" or higher jewel.
Gloves: Death's set Leather Gloves
Belt: Death's set Sash (Cannot be frozen, paired with the gloves it gives you 30% increased attack speed and 15 to all resists)

Rings: Angelic set rings ( Each ring gives 12 AR per level, and 20 life)
Amulet: Angelic set amulet (Needed to get the AR per level on the rings, adds 75 life and 10 dex, and you gain mana back when hit so you'll never be caught needing mana)
As for charms, you have a few options here, you can either stack small charms with 15 life (possibly with +3max,10-20 AR), or you can get 10 grand charms with +10 to max damage and 50+ AR paired with small charms with life (again, possibly with +3max,10-20 AR, but these things dont come cheaply!) or just plain old 3 max 10-20 ar small charms without life.
You might want to keep a Scepter with + to charge on your 2nd Weapon set so you can rush to or away from people.
Now, you can either get yourself Glitch Rushed to Hell mode so that you can take advantage of +10 more stat points and +8 skill points, or you can go legit and play by the rules set up on http://www.lld101.com
Skill Allocation:
Glitch Rushed:
20 to Sacrifice (adds 12% damage to your zeal)
4 to Concentration (You can't put more than 4 points here at level 21.)
Rest into Zeal
LLD101 Rules:
14 to Sacrifice
4 to Concentration
4 to Zeal
As for stats, you only need enough strength for your weapon, so if youre wearing a Military Pick, you need 39 strength base, possibly less if you have +strength on your +Damage charms
Or
45 strength base for Cleglaw's. (possibly less if you have +strength on your +Damage charms)
Obviously, the rest goes to Vitality since even with a Targe (40% block) you'll be at 75% block from the +30 dex and +25% increased block chance.
With all that covered,if you're glitch rushed and using cleglaws you can expect 40-1660~ damage zeal (If you count the deadly strike your damage is basically 60-2500) or 100-2000~ with a Military Pick.
