ok out of the three elementals, i think the freezedin is the best due tohisability to slow ppl down like crazy. However this build is almost useless n pvpf ure v/s ing a guy with 2raven frosts. (40 % cold absorb). Meaning for every 100 dmg u do they only take 60 (not ncludig res =\. ) ether way here goes:

20 holy freeze
20 resist cold
20 salvation
20 vengence
1 pre reqs
rest into holy shield

stats:
str: enough for gear
dex: ^^
vita: everything else
enrgy: lol << nothing

gear:
nightwing faceted (duh!)
nigma (tele < duh!)
ebotdz (dmg < duh!)
hoz or exile (ur choice)
angelics (notso sure about this)
dungos ( DR)
gores (not sure)
blood fists (ias not sure about this either)
