I need a dueling Necro build

Poison necros are good at PvP, never seen any good Summoner Duelers yet but that doesn't mean they can't be good too, just that I, personally, have never had the chance to see one that worked in action yet (I play a LOT of PvP though). Every PvP build has a weakness, just like every character class has a good PvP build. There is no build that "owns all". In my opinion, Bone Necros definitely are better than Poison, as an all-round PvP build, because beating them is more a question of skill and timing than stacking poison resistance and reduce poison duration. It is much more difficult to prepare against a Bone Necro. In order to beat a good Bone Necro, you need to have not only a good build, but know how to play, with your build AND how to play against a bone necro. Against a poison necro, well, its much simpler... Other than that, the poison necro is still a very viable PvP build, don't get me wrong, cos very few people actually ARE prepared sufficiently againt poison.

My clvl 55 Bone necromancer Pwned lvl 80+ characters of all classes. And he looks sexy. Build is everything.

Those must have been very very bad 80+ builds with ppl who were not experienced enough using them. You would never win against a good dueler with that difference in lvls.
