well i'm definitely not superman...but i definitely do more than 250. i havent benched under 250 since my soph year of high school. right now i am at about 320. and i weigh about 240.
hoping to get to 100 pds over my weight soon. either by losing weight or getting stronger, or a combo of the two
oh yea and i disagree with you deadly, i think that you should be able to bench at least 40 pds over your weight. thats what i call my 'minimum'. if i ever go under it i go nuts with a crazy diet and workout routine
