i can't live with anything less than cable. with all the downloading i do be it music, game mods, other things... i'll never go back to dial up or anything that goes through a phone line. its a little different over here in the states you either have dial up 56k (i keep hearing about these high speed dial up connections but its still not fast...) dsl, or cable. i have a friend with DSL and her internet is as slow as my old dial up connection. cable is always there, no connecting, very few interruptions, fast, and you don't have to install special lines to use it.
