Production Notes:
-------------------------------------------------------------
Hi, Ill be writing this guide a little bit each day, My warrior is currently lvl 40, however the more I learn about it, the more I will add to this guide. If you need any help send me a message via MSN. I felt I may as well help out in the WoW section as it doesn't seem to be taking off too well, it really should because its such a good game. Thankyou for your interest in the warrior and I hope you enjoy my guide.

Introduction:
-------------------------------------------------------------
The way of the warrior is simple, grab a weapon and smack the enemy, they are by far the most simple characters to use, which depending on your style of play can make them either very fun or very boring, my opinion is they are fun because I do not have to worry about combos or pets lives or anything that other classes have to focus on.

The warrior is a simple class for the simple folk like me, there for it is available to every race, the race I would reccomend most for the warrior is Orc for horde and Night Elf for alliance.

The effectiveness of the warrior depends on the equipment it has. Unlike some other classes, for a warrior to be good, good equipment is a *Must*, I will explain this later on in the tutorial.

Good Points:
-------------------------------------------------------------
- Great armour making it very tough to kill and more durable than most other classes
- Can do good damage depending on what build you choose
- Can use almost every type of weapon
- Can use shield for maximum defence
- Often needed in parties and raids
- Possibly one of the best for soloing
- Can do good damage in melee or range
- Can Duel Wield
- Can Stun, Slow, Reduce armour, disarm weaponsm etc.
- Can make enemy attack its self to save allie.

Bad Points:
-------------------------------------------------------------
- Can not heal so they rely on potions alot, especially later on
- A warriors full potential depends on its rage gauge
- Can not use magic
- Has no special abilities like teleport or summon
- Usually needed in parties only to tank
- Tanks usually have poor damage
- Invites enemies to attack it with high aggro

Advice:

Professions:
............................................................................
For a warrior I would either reccomend 'Mining & Smithing' or 'Herblore & Alchemy'. Here are some reasons why or why not.

Mining & Smithing:
This is useful because it allows the warrior to make his/her own armour and weapons, the techniques the trainers teach tend to be bad but if you can find or buy recipes from the auction hall your warrior can make some pretty mean equipment. However later on in the game it can become useless because you tend to find better equipment in high level dungeons and against high level monsters. So it is good for a backup or to make for other characters but besides that, pretty pointless in the end.

Fun Factor: (*)(*)(*)(*)( )
Needed Rating: (*)(*)( )( )( )

Herblore & Alchemy:
Useful at most periods of the game, restores health, adds stats, allows breathing under water, very useful skill to know, its especially useful to the warrior because the warrior does not have any heal skills or good buffs, so items are very useful. However relying on items too much can be a real time killer having to keep getting the items over and over, or costly if you choose to buy them to save time.

Type:
-------------------------------------------------------------
Tank:
A tank is great, needed highly by the player playing the warrior and the players in a party or raid, a tank is uber tough and great at distracting enemies, it can lower the enemies defence, Make the enemey attack it, disarm, etc. Very useful type indeed, highly popular amongst other non-warrior' classes, especially those who only wear cloth.

Needed Rating: (*)(*)(*)(*)( )

Damage Dealer:
This type of warrior also has pretty good defence, and pretty good damage, however the damage it deals is nothing compared to a rogue. This type of warrior will also be welcomed into parties but they are not needed as much. This is a great build for soloing, does very good damage with 2hander weapons and duel wielding, It can charge, stun, slow and create DoT (Damage over time).

Fun Factor: (*)(*)(*)(*)( )
Needed Rating: (*)(*)(*)( )( )

======================================================

More to come, Must now go to work, have fun reading what I have written so far, I hope you find it useful
