3. After they leave the game it currently scans for the duplicated item and removes it...
4. When duping the item, it'll have that little "on pickup" trigger go. I believe they have logs of actions such as this. And THIS is what they would ban you for. IE, drop trading...
5. Sure they can, why wouldn't blizzard ban? Think of it this way: Blizzard banning people = less lag, more people re-buying Diablo II, and less duplicated items.
