2. I never said they'd be banned in the message you quoted...
3. After they leave the game it currently scans for the duplicated item and removes it...
4. When duping the item, it'll have that little "on pickup" trigger go. I believe they have logs of actions such as this. And THIS is what they would ban you for. IE, drop trading...
5. Sure they can, why wouldn't blizzard ban? Think of it this way: Blizzard banning people = less lag, more people re-buying Diablo II, and less duplicated items.
Wow, You really are dumber than if seemed at first.
1. Ok, I'll give You a case to ponder about. I'm looking to get hold of a Ber Ber CoA, so I'm looking for 2 Bers and a CoA. It just so happens that this guy comes in offering 2 Bers, so I'll buy them (for 9 Ists) and then trade for a CoA later on. But guess what, while I'm afk, Blizzard suddenly detects 2 Bers with the same identity on one of my chars and *BOOM* the banning stick hits me hard. That's whay You cannot ban people for such reasons, dipshit.
2. I wasn't talking to You. If You enter a discussion, make sure You read the posts beforehand. Idiot.
3-4-5. Shut up already. You've lost.
