Cow Level Question

Well there used to be hacks that would allow the creation of hardcore characters without having to do something..not sure what it was though..never made a harcore character..but it'd be damn cool if it worked out :-)

It wasn't a hack, you just have to check a certain box when accessing some files through the registry. However, as you do that, you are actually affecting the Diablo on your computer. If you want to change things such as cow level, you are actually affecting the character files that are stored on bnet.
