It just takes the min and max damage and then multiplies it
Eg. A divine scepter has 237%ed on it, its normal damage is 16-38, you take the min/max (you do both but 1 at a time) and times it by 2.37 and then add that onto the origional min/max and then the *damage puts in.
That what you ment?
