Well, how long have you been away? What patch did you end at?
Well, since the begining of 1.11, the only maphacks out that are undetectible is EPL(Easyplay Lite) and Sting's maphack, post are reveal map only so it shows no monsters. mm.BOT is the only undetectible botting program out, but people still use the single player version of D2jsp, which has no anti-detection so you will get banned, eventually. And of coarse, the new Hellfire torch and the new ubers, you can fund out more about them here. I think that is it.
