I figured out colored names, you go to Character Hex in Hero Editor, then go to 16 Char Name.
Then to start the name you enter FF 63, then the hex for the color number you want. Like 31 for 1 if you want red, 32 for 2 = green. Then do the hex for the rest of your name. The result is your name shows up as ÿc1 or whatever, then what you typed. That gives you color
a easier way is to either hit start, run, then type C:\...\Diablo II\Save
and rename a file as alt + 0255 (ÿ) ÿc(#) (EG: ÿc1)
or go to UDIETOO (whatever version) and save the char as alt + 0255 (ÿ) ÿc(#) and then the name (EG: ÿc8eXaMpLe would show up as ExAmPlE)
