Yes. Don't take it to anyone else, just take your car right back to them. Don't say anything incriminating like you checked it yourself, then they'll probably claim that you broke it.
If they still don't back down then get it fixed by the dealer, pay for it, give them the bill and ask them to either refund you the money or put it towards your card or whatever. And beyond that if they still refuse there is small claims court (if your in the states), but I'm fairly sure a large store like Circut City will be pretty forgiving on matters like that, I'm sure it happens alot of the time, as most those large franchises are insured up the butt.
When I worked at Jiffy Lube (worst two years of my life) we'd get blamed for a lot of things that weren't really our fault (engine knocks, stripped plugs, leaks etc) but we still wound up covering most the expenses.
