go to your \scripts\settings folder, open "keys.nip" and remove the ";" infront of the lines
;Name = Key of Terror : Class = Normal; Key of Terror
;Name = Key of Hate : Class = Normal; Key of Hate
so it looks like
Name = Key of Terror : Class = Normal; Key of Terror
Name = Key of Hate : Class = Normal; Key of Hate
save, fixed.
