is it street fighter alpha 3 with the char that has the spiny hair and looks like blanky just in armor? and after you beat the game theres credit fighting?

Yeah it's that one. It also include some older versions of Street Fighter Alpha (1 and 2). It also includes Gem Fighter (or something like that) where gems fall from the fighter after being hit. You collect the gems to gain energy. :p I love that game.
