If you can connect to Battle.net, and play games on Battle.net, then you have the latest patch.

Yep. You have 1.11b, it must be some other problem. I asked you go give me screenshots of your options page and stuff so I can help you and you just never get back to me... =\

I need you to make a screenshot for me. Go to your Stings Maphack options screen and press ALT + Printscreen on your keyboard.

Open up Paint (Start>Programs>Accessories) and press Paste (Keyboard shortcut CTRL+V or go to Edit>Paste). Save the image

You need to upload the image online. Go to ImageShack, browse for the image of the screenshot you saved, and upload it. When it is done take the Direct Link To Image and you can enter it in your next post like so...
