I know this seems like something stupid to you. But for me, bad customer service is my hot button, otherwise I probably would not have cared one bit. If everyone just shrugged off things like this, how could it possibily improve?

I stated they were african american (exact words) at the bottom of my post. I don't condone all the N words being thrown around nor do I believe they should be. Because I really do care about customer service, I posted this. That's all it is. I care about customer service.

So we have totally different morals. You read my posts and I had fun. I know how shitty this sounds, but maybe I was toying around and trolling. I believe most of what I said but some of it I just beefed up for the hell of it.

I still don't see the big deal/care because I know when you go to fight these "african americans" it's not gonna go anywhere. They may get fired, but they're just gonna get a job at Mccy D's accross the street.
