+3 fire is better for damage, but resists are nice. my pvp sorc has about 60ish all resists without mara, so i dont think you need more. my girl never gets hit...i mean literally like never, so her resists dont matter much.
eshuta with facet. again, i prefer damage to resists because i know i wont get hit, you may feel different.
max fball, fbolt, meteor, mastery. this will take you to about level 75 assuming you get all the skill quests and get teleport. put at least 1 point in frost armor(whichever the first one is) for a little more defense. then for the rest of your points i recommend telekenisis
stats will depend on your gear(torch, anni, etc.) its almost impossible to glitch up to spirit strength, so your going to need a few in strength. the rest should all go in vita. my sorc has lvl 31 warmth from just putting one point, so let me put it this way...her mana heals while shes tellying. NO POINTS IN MANA. dex is pointless unless you are going for max block. in which case you will need to put like 100ish into it
