also he'll either have a smiter with fant or an auradin with him most likely. so IAS will upp. i mean he's really going to want the more dammage more than the IAS. it comes down to killing them slower with more dammage or doing low dammage faster. it makes more sense to have more dammage. and i am currently working on creating a BO barb including a very high lvl BO,BC,Howl,and shout. so thos'll be removed from the build if your smart. idk if my Bro told you this or not.
