The only cure I am afraid is TIME. Usually it clears between 15 mins and 48 hours.
I found a thread on the b.net forums by a representitive of B.net. I lost the link, but it said something like this.
Gambling, repeated requests for a new screen to see what you wish to gamble for
15 minutes
Spells, repeated use of a spell with no cast delay such as AMP DMG or Glacial Spike can get you booted.
No realm down, but you can be kicked off b.net, or just the game, but you can still log back on.
Shopping, going up and down a wp to refresh the screen in a shop (see gambling)
Same Concequence as gambling
Spamming, (original) repeated use of words quickly in a game or in chat.
Boot off b.net if channel spam, if whisper spam it's no whispering for as long as you are logged on. Just re-log and it will be cleared.
Muleing, repeatedly joining the same game, and leaving.
15 minute ip ban.
Game spam: Repeatedly making/joining new games,
Can Range from 30 minutes-2 days
Each attempt connect to battle.net while realm down results in a longer time for the realm down to pass, doubling when it is 10 minutes of the realm down;
Lets say you got realm down at 5:00
And you attempt to connect at 5:02
And say your realm down was set to 1 hour, it will be come 2 Hours
