this is just a graphical glitch, in 09 it WAS possible to double cast, but it was fixed in 1.10 and now its just a graphics glitch.
If im correct u can never see yourself double-casting, but often u will see others do just that.
i think it has something to do with lag or something like that. People can also double-shoot arrows and stuff like that
but only 1 actually does something (not 100% sure tho)
