to my knowledge, there's no uni vortex shield so try being a little mor especific.

if it's unid rare: = nothing
if it's unid blue: = nothing (unless jewlers of "good suffix")

if it's a eth vortex with 25+res = something
if it's eth 4os with 25+res = something
if it's eth glitch 4os 25+res = something
if it's the above mentioned with 50+dmg/100+ar = something

try and elaborate.
