You can't put in another integrated video card. Because A) it's not a card and B) that wouldn't be intregrated anymore.
If your computer is 5 years old you have PCI slots no doubt. You can buy a PCI video card (they're like 50 bucks now?) but you still won't be able to play any current games. At least unless they're not graphics heavy and shit.
It's not hard to put them in. All you do is open your computer and at the bottom you'll have little black (usually black anyway...) slots and it'll slide right in. Then you just take your monitor cable and plug it into the card instead of the back of the mobo.
Like I said above, if you just IM me we can get this sorted out right away.
