Anyway, I would definately go for a HOTO, but Doom is nice to have in stash for a little fun. I would have to admit that HOTO is way more useful, though.

Anyway, remember that whatever you are going to go for, you need 99%FCR and 99%FHR. If this is for PvM, go for HOTO.
