I should have clarified. try to find a 10/15+/10+ to get the most out of your gear. if you go 2x fcr rings, then 2 x 10/15+/10+ = no str needed if you can get a few from helm/ammy. i take it you only use 2 x when going 163 setup? if you use Wizzy i'd try for a -15/9/9 to socket it with(seen these, not too expensive, 5-10hrs on east). the better jewelery you can attain, the more life, as we all know.
The 163%fcr setup that I use only uses 1 FCR ring. I'm not too keen on sacrificing too much damage, so I like to use SoJ as a second ring. SoJ gives a bonus to Oak as well, therefore it's definately a good choice, and if you don't have any SoJs you will be very dependant on mana pots and can easily be worn out by a sorc, in a long duel.

If you use Wizzy, you can even use 2 SoJ, or use 2xFCR ring and your rare helm, choice is up to you. Perhaps I should have pointed this out in my guide, but if you use Wizzy, you will acually need less FHR% for the breakpoints (I think that it's like 87% instead of 99% and like ¬150% instead of 174%). He is going for max block anyway, so -15%/9/9 wouldn't be a good option, but you could use 7%/9/9 instead.

The gear I listed in my guide is what I found to be the most effective without sacrificing too much damage, so I didn't really like the concept of using Wizzy, but feel free to try that if you wish. Actually, I should rewrite some parts of my guide, I'll do that once I get home :/
