Why werent the 290s deleted?

as far as bugged items go, that is a pretty tame attribute. I think blizzard concentrates more on duping sets and uniqes than a charm that does huge poison damage. I don't think they see the massive advantage that the charm give you. most items have a unique id that helps with dupe deletion, but charms/gems/runes do not. I think that is the loophole that makes them a continuing problem

andd as for 290s they just leave them as currency i bet
