You cant get banned for it. BUT, the link is probably broken now... because FrogMan was supposed to upload it straight to site and put it in downloads but he never did. So therefore, link expired... he said it woulda been added 2 days after I first posted it, that was like what, 2 weeks ago? Who woulda known -_-. Same thing happened for old 2.0 version... ill pm frogman one more time. If he doesnt add it, screw it I guess. I tried. I'll upload it again sometime soon if frogman doesnt come through like everyone said he wouldnt...
